Who is selling
Aubre is operated by a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Legal business name, full mailing address and business number: TO BE COMPLETED before the first sale.
Prices
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The price shown is the price you pay: shipping within Canada is free and no fees are added at checkout. Aubre is currently below the small supplier threshold and therefore does not collect GST or HST. If that threshold is crossed, applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm your order.
What’s included
Each order contains the number of brushes in the set you choose. The exact contents of each set are shown on the product page.
How the contract is formed
Your order is final at the time of payment. You immediately receive a confirmation email with an order number. That email serves as written confirmation of the distance contract.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data passes through our servers or is stored by Aubre. The accepted payment methods are those Stripe offers on screen at checkout.
Shipping
Free shipping anywhere in Canada. Ships when the first batch arrives; we’ll confirm the date by email. Details are on the Shipping page. If the goods are not delivered within 30 days of the promised date, you may cancel the order and get a refund.
Returns
See the Return policy page. The commitment is written there in the same terms as on the product page.
Limitations
The brush is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and no health claim is made about it. Aubre cannot be held responsible for use contrary to the instructions given on The ritual page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights granted to you by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
