What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us. And, if you order, the information needed to fulfil the order. That’s all.
What we don’t collect
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No profiling. No browser fingerprinting. Audience measurement is done with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and identifies no one — that’s why this site shows no consent banner.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, which becomes responsible for the payment and shipping data it collects. No card data touches our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Your shipping address
It stays with Stripe. We don’t copy it into our own systems: we look it up in their interface when we prepare the parcel. Every copy would be one more obligation and one more possible leak.
Where the data is
On Cloudflare’s and Stripe’s infrastructure. This data may be stored and processed outside Canada, notably in the United States, and is then subject to the laws of that country. PIPEDA requires this notice.
How long
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, and the record of the unsubscription itself is kept — it proves that we were allowed to write to you and that you asked us to stop. Order data is kept for 24 months.
Access, correct, delete
Write to bonjour@aubre.ca. We reply within 24 business hours and process the request within 10 business days.
Privacy officer
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Aubre can be reached at bonjour@aubre.ca. PIPEDA requires a designated officer whose contact information is made public — a name or a title is sufficient.
