Our commitment
Love it or your money back. For 30 days, if it isn’t right for you, write to us: you get a full refund, no questions asked. You don’t need to return the brush.
How to do it
Write to bonjour@aubre.ca with your order number. You don’t have to explain why. We check that the order exists and is less than 30 days old, then we refund you.
Timing and method
The refund is issued within 48 business hours of your message, to the payment method used for the order. The amount refunded is the total amount paid, including taxes if any were charged.
If the brush is defective
Write to us. During the 30 days, you are refunded without discussion and with nothing to send back. After that, the warranties provided by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act continue to apply.
What this policy is not
In Canada there is no general right of withdrawal as there is in Europe. The 30-day “Love it or your money back” guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy — but once announced, it binds us. It is in addition to your rights under the law, and does not reduce them.
