How soon will I get it?
Free shipping anywhere in Canada. Ships when the first batch arrives; we’ll confirm the date by email. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Does it really work?
On morning puffiness, yes — the effect is mechanical and you can see it in a minute. On wrinkles, no, and we don’t claim otherwise. If you’re not convinced, you have 30 days: love it or your money back.
Which oil should I use?
Any plant oil your skin already tolerates. What matters is that the brush glides without pulling.
How do I clean it?
With lukewarm water and a little mild soap, once a week. Dry it flat, bristles down. Never leave it soaking — wood doesn’t like it.
I have sensitive skin.
Start with very light strokes, twice a week. If your skin is reactive or you’re undergoing dermatological treatment, talk to your doctor before you start.
What if I don’t like it?
Love it or your money back. For 30 days, if it isn’t right for you, write to us: you get a full refund, no questions asked. You don’t need to return the brush.
