The carrier
Parcels leave Toronto with Chit Chats. You receive a clickable tracking number as soon as your order ships, in a dedicated email.
When your parcel leaves
Ships when the first batch arrives; we’ll confirm the date by email. Orders ship in the order they were placed.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive
Write to us at bonjour@aubre.ca with your order number. If tracking hasn’t moved in 10 business days, we send another parcel or refund you, your choice. We don’t ask you to file the claim with the carrier yourself.
Outside Canada
Aubre doesn’t ship outside Canada yet. When it does, customs duties and import taxes will be paid by the buyer, and that will be written here before the first international order.
